Cancellation policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you choose to process the return through us and use the shipping label we provide.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.


Exceptions / Items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.



Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account.
