§1 Shipping area
We deliver to the countries and territories listed below in alphabetical order. Delivery is carried out by one of our shipping partners (including DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, and Hermes), depending on the destination region and logistical requirements.

§2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout of our Shopify online store and displayed as binding before the order is placed .
Only at checkout is it checked whether the respective delivery country can currently be supplied by our shipping service providers.
§3 Delivery times and shipping service providers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are non-binding guidelines.
Depending on the destination region, type of shipment, and logistical situation, delivery is handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, or Hermes. There is no guarantee of choosing a specific shipping provider.
Due to force majeure, international crises, government measures, customs clearance, transport bottlenecks or restrictions by shipping service providers, delivery delays or temporary suspensions of delivery may occur.
§4 Customs, taxes and import duties
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs .
The customer is responsible for informing themselves about the import regulations applicable in the destination country and for bearing all applicable duties and taxes.
§5 Special instructions for deliveries to the USA
For deliveries to the United States of America and its overseas territories, customs and import regulations are subject to change at short notice.
Customers from these regions should expect additional costs, delays, or administrative requirements. Refunds for customs or import duties are not possible.
