We only ship to the following countries:

Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Asia:
Cyprus, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates.
North America:
Canada, United States.
Oceania:
Australia, New Zealand
2. Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the item and delivery address and are specified at checkout. Shipping within Germany is free.
3. Delivery time: Delivery may vary depending on the item and delivery address. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to delivery bottlenecks, high order quantities, force majeure, personalization and customer-specific requests.
Please note that if you order multiple items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together. This may delay the delivery time as we wait for all items to be available in order to ship your complete order.
For custom-made products, the delivery time is 5-20 working days, depending on the customer's wishes, complexity and delivery address.
Items that are in stock will be delivered within Germany in 1-2 working days.
Items that are in stock will be delivered to the remaining countries in 3-10 working days.
4. Processing time: Orders are processed on working days. No processing or deliveries take place on public holidays or Sundays.
