However, please note that the exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the piece of jewelry should be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Personalized or customized pieces of jewelry cannot be exchanged.

We offer a 12-month guarantee on our jewelry from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair the jewelry or replace it free of charge.
