What is Kaleebea?
Kaleebea is an online shop for unique jewelry, accessories, and select designs. Many of our pieces are handmade or produced in small workshops and are intentionally offered in limited quantities.
Are your jewelry pieces handmade?
Most of our jewelry is handmade or partially hand-finished. Minor variations in color, texture, or shape are not defects, but rather an expression of the individuality of each piece.
Are the products identical to the photos in the shop?
Product images are for reference only. Natural materials such as gemstones, pearls, or metals may exhibit slight variations. Screen displays may also slightly alter colors.

What payment methods are offered?
In our Shopify online store, the payment methods displayed at checkout are available to you. These may vary depending on the country.
When does a purchase agreement come into effect?
A purchase agreement is concluded as soon as your order has been confirmed and delivery to your specified delivery country is possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can contact us as long as your order has not yet been shipped. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries does Kaleebea deliver to?
We deliver to numerous countries worldwide. A complete alphabetical list of currently delivered countries can be found in our shipping terms . Whether your country can be delivered to is automatically checked at checkout.
Which shipping providers are used?
Depending on the destination region and logistical situation, we ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, or Hermes. There is no guarantee of a specific shipping provider.
When will I see the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the destination country, the shipping provider, and the current logistics situation. International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Why is my country not selectable at checkout?
Individual countries or regions may temporarily be unable to receive deliveries due to political situations, sanctions, government regulations, or restrictions imposed by shipping service providers.
Customs, taxes & import duties
Are there any additional costs?
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Who pays customs duties and import fees?
All duties, taxes, and fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please inform yourself about the applicable regulations in your country before ordering.
Note for orders to the USA:
Due to current and sometimes short-notice changes to US customs regulations, additional costs, documentation requirements, or delays may arise. Customers should factor these in before placing their order.
Jewelry Care – Materials & Durability
How do I properly care for my jewelry?
Jewelry should be removed before showering, bathing, exercising, sleeping, and doing housework or gardening. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, creams, and cleaning products.
Care of gold jewelry (solid gold & gold-plated):
Gold jewelry should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth. Gold-plated jewelry is more delicate and should be treated with particular care, as the gold plating can wear off over time.
Care of silver jewelry:
Silver can tarnish over time. This is a natural process. Cleaning with a silver polishing cloth is usually sufficient. Silver jewelry should be stored in a dry, airtight container.
Care of jewelry with gemstones or pearls:
Gemstones and pearls are sensitive to chemicals and impacts. Clean them only with a soft, slightly damp cloth and store them separately from other jewelry.

Size guide
How do I determine my ring size?
The most reliable way to measure a well-fitting ring is with a ring sizer or at a jeweler's. Alternatively, the inner diameter of a ring can be measured and converted to the corresponding ring size .
How do I find the right bracelet size?
Measure your wrist snugly with a tape measure, but not too tightly. Add approximately 1–2 cm depending on the desired fit.
What necklace length is right for me?
The ideal length depends on style and personal preference. Short necklaces (approx. 40–45 cm) sit close to the neck, medium lengths (approx. 50–60 cm) look classic, and longer necklaces are particularly versatile in terms of combinations.
High-priced jewelry & special pieces
Why do some pieces of jewelry have a higher price?
The price is due to high-quality materials, genuine gemstones, handcrafted workmanship, fair production conditions, and limited quantities.
Are your jewelry pieces suitable as an investment?
Our jewelry pieces are primarily design objects and expressions. They are not intended as traditional investments.
Spiritual & energetic questions
Do gemstones have a spiritual meaning?
Many people attribute certain symbolic or energetic properties to gemstones. These are based on traditional beliefs and personal experiences.
Have the stones been energetically cleansed or charged?
Our jewelry is carefully selected and packaged. Spiritual or energetic rituals are at the personal discretion of the wearer.
Can I energetically cleanse my jewelry myself?
Many customers use methods such as smudging, moonlight, or meditation. Please find out in advance which methods are suitable for the specific material.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my order?

What should you do if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly after receiving your order with a description and, if possible, photos. We will find a solution.
